In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obligated to honour the incorrect price. We will notify you of the error and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
4. Orders & Payments
4.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order on GharTrend, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
4.2 Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase is successfully placed. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order, not an acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
4.3 Payment
We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. GharTrend does not store your card or banking credentials.
4.4 Cash on Delivery
COD orders are subject to availability based on your delivery location. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if we are unable to verify the order details or if there is a history of non-acceptance of deliveries.
4.5 Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability or stock errors
- Pricing or technical errors on the website
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to deliver to the provided address
In all such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across India. Delivery availability to specific pin codes may vary based on our logistics partners.
5.2 Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by:
- Public holidays and regional disruptions
- Extreme weather conditions
- High-demand seasons (sale periods, festivals)
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
5.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping thresholds, if offered, are subject to change and may apply to specific products or order values.
5.4 Delivery Responsibility
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours at support@ghartrend.com. We will investigate with our logistics partner and resolve the issue.
5.5 Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or an incorrect address being provided, re-delivery charges may apply. For COD orders that are refused at delivery, we reserve the right to restrict future COD availability for that customer.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
6.1 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly different from description
The following are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items with removed tags or damaged original packaging (where packaging is part of the product)
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (where applicable)
6.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@ghartrend.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
- Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition
Return shipping costs are borne by GharTrend for defective or wrong products. For other eligible returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
6.3 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
6.4 Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange a product, please mention this in your return request and our team will assist you.
7. User Accounts
7.1 Account Registration
You may create an account on GharTrend to manage orders, save addresses, and track your purchase history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
7.2 Account Responsibility
